Positive: I stayed a total of three nights in this amazing property. It’s very close to the town. If I wanted to go anywhere, the owner recommended a taxi service. This place was exceptionally clean and well kept. Mr. Saunders and Mary were remarkably nice and welcoming. All my needs were met in a very good way. Thank you, Mr Saunders and Mary, for a very restful and beautiful stay in St Vincent. I forgot the native seasonal fruits (during my stay I ate cashew apple and mangoes) that were provided for me which were beyond yummy! The place is well stocked with all the different spices, if one chose to cook. This host looks out for his guests!!!!!! 10/10!!!!

Positive: This property is situated at a central location in Kingstown. It has lovely views of the town and the mountains. It’s decorated beautifully and is quite comfortable. The staff is very accommodating.
Negative: There are quite a few stairs so you need strong legs for the up and down! Having AC in the living room area would be nice but there’s nothing else that I could say that I didn’t like. It’s great.
Summary: This was a lovely place to spend my holiday with my family and I highly recommend it!

Positive: The view from the balcony is lovely, but I mostly enjoyed how welcoming and helpful the hosts, Mary and Rondel, were. During my 4-week stay they checked in on me regularly, organised some unique experiences (like going for a swim in the evening, line fishing with a local fisherman, watching a cricket match at the stadium...), brought over local fruits and snacks to try, shared their cooking etc. Rondel has put his heart into Joyce's Highview and is still constantly looking for ways to improve the place. I'm confident to say that if you decide to stay here, you will be well looked after.
Negative: There is no hot water in the kitchen and there's only AC in the bedrooms (not in the living room/kitchen). Any other minor inconveniences, however, were quickly looked into when mentioned (f.e. they brought over some cooking oil and have now installed a spice rack).
Summary: The perfect place if you want to experience the local hospitality and need to be close to Kingstown.

Positive: We stayed in January and the hosts were amazing. Provided us with a taxi service from the airport, so we were in the property straight away. Also made us several tasty meals which was so helpful. The property is about a 10 minute walk (uphill/downhill) to the town. Clean and would book again.
