Positive: Anthony, owner, greeted me. It is a fantastic guesthouse. Anthony explained everything brilliantly. Everything is efficient. My room was spacious, bed comfy, TV with all you could want on it. The bathroom was squeaky clean, excellent shower. There were books available if you wanted to read. Available breakfast was a lovely surprise! A super little communal kitchen - a shelf of your own in the fridge, milk, juice, cheese, yoghurt. There were a huge array of cereals, breads, tea, coffee...really self sufficient & fantastic. I travel a lot for work & honestly, this felt like home from home. I had the best sleep.

Negative: Absolutely nothing, I am looking forward to staying again soon!

Positive: The room was very spacious, it had chairs and a desk. The beds were very comfy. There was a shared area to make tea etc. The house was spotless. The host was very friendly. They had a very welcoming black lab. The house was very quiet. It was located im the countryside, very green.

Negative: The breakfast could have been a lot better as I didn't see the fine print that it was light breakfast. Though thr crossiants were lovely I would have loved a fry. Also check in time was a bit late at 5 and check out timr early at 11. Serve yourself breakfast did work out well as didnt have to get up super early.

Summary: The house was lovely, rooms very spacious, very welcoming host and a lovely dog.

Positive: The hostess was kindness itself and went well beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a happy stay. The room was lovely and provides all you need. The location is great for cycling and walking along the Royal Canal. A beautiful spot and well worth the visit.
