Positive: Service was really good, staff very friendly and helpful. It is really safe place for ladies to stay alone. They have 24hrs people at the desk who are very accomodative. We had our train only in the evening so check out 12 pm got a one hour grace and further they allowed to keep the suitcase with them and so that we could go out which was later handed over in safe condition.

Negative: Just a suggestion inform the guest to be careful with towels so they need not pay extra. Because it looks odd when someone comes to show the towel while we are leaving. If we are informed prior and in case we mistakenly make some dirt we ourselves would pay for it. Just a suggestion it would avoid a lot of embarrassment. I travel a lot and have never faced this in any big hotels including Radisson. If there is a policy please inform the guest or written board hanged in the room will do good.
