Negative: You could hear the footsteps from the upstairs. Instruction for how to use shower would be appreciated so we did not have to bother the local team.

Positive: This was a wonderful condo for our Hawaii stay. It was just the right size for 5 of us. The basement location made for a shady outdoor patio (a plus), and the host thought of all sorts of helpful extras: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coolers, pool noodles, boogie board, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of supplies to run the dishwasher and do laundry as much as we needed for our week-long stay. We loved using the community pool and hottub every night. There was a reserved parking space for one of our cars, and plenty of guest parking for the other.

Negative: Having read the previous reviews, I was impressed by the little issues that had been addressed by the time we arrived. I loved all the extra pillows, but there weren't enough pillowcases for most of them. The air conditioning is adequate, but not powerful. We were diligent about opening up the doors and windows early in the morning to help cool it down. The AC cooled the master bedroom and livingroom to 74 degrees. There was plenty of laundry soap, but if you're sensitive to scented products, you may want to get your own.

Summary: We would definitely return to this condo. A lot of care has gone into making it a comfortable home.
