Very spacious Guesthouse situation at the back of our property in its own open space. Private driveway access. The back paddock overlooks the outskirts of town where you can sit out on the deck with a cuppa or glass of wine, listen to the birds and watch the world go by.
Located on the edge of town and only a 2-minute drive to town center. We supply all linen to make your stay hassle free. You won't even need to go out for your caffeine hit with our coffee machine available with the push of a button.
Our newly built Guesthouse is light and airy throughout the living spaces and the bedrooms are cool and cozy.

Summary: House was very clean, on a large block, close to Victor but far enough away to be quiet. Everything we needed was provided. We had a great time.

Summary: An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, and the house is very clean and tidy. Due to the location, it is also very peaceful and quiet. We were lucky enough to get to feed one of the neigh-bouring ponies. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Summary: We really enjoyed our short stay here. Beds were very comfortable and the entire place was very clean, modern and bright. Easy to find and in a lovely quiet location, just a short drive into town

Summary: The Guest House was very comfortable and suited our family of 3.The miniature horses next door were a lovely surprise! There's no wifi but we didn’t really miss it. The Queen Bed is really high off the ground, so if you have mobility difficulty you might find it a little tricky. But it really was such a super comfortable bed!We were given our privacy completely by the hosts, but it was good to know they were right next door if we needed anything. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
