Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The owners were absolutely lovely - cheerful, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. It really makes a difference when the hosts are this kind and welcoming. We stayed in a room on the first floor, so we didn’t have a sea view, which was a small disappointment - but to be honest, we still loved it because of the spacious terrace with a table and soft cushioned chairs. It was a perfect spot to relax. One thing we really appreciated was the ceiling fan - even in July, it kept the air moving nicely, and we didn’t even need to use the AC. That was such a nice surprise. The room also had a small fridge, a stovetop, and a coffee machine, and everything was clean and fresh. You can tell the place is well cared for. There’s parking available (three spots), and we had no trouble finding one. Also, just a short 3-minute walk away, there’s an excellent restaurant - probably the best in town, both in terms of quality and prices. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we’d happily come back!

Negative: A couple of small things that could be improved (nothing that really affected our holiday, but worth mentioning). The bathroom sink was a bit clogged, so the water didn’t drain properly - just something that could use a quick fix. Also, the hotel is located up on a hill, which gives it a peaceful feel, but might be a bit tiring to walk back from the beach, especially in the heat. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to know in advance - having a car definitely makes things easier.

Positive: The establishment is a fairly small building considering it hosts at least 12 apartments. Anyway it doesn’t get you the feeling it’s too cramped as it has have all the space needed. And surely that’s because it was smartly planned. And the hosts did a good job decorating nicely and taking care of the little green space around. The hosts were exceptional people, warm and relaxed. You feel like coming to a second home.

Negative: We liked everything. We had to take the car to the beaches and that for some persons may be an inconvenience. For young and fit people may be just some extra exercise. To reach the center of Sarti it’s easier , old Sarti is 6-7 minutes walk down the hill.

Summary: A pleasant surprise in beautiful Sarti.

Positive: Everything was almost perfect! We had a ground floor room with a view of Mount Athos, a large terrace, and everything was clean — both when we arrived and throughout the stay. (You can have the bed linen and towels changed according to your preferences.) We received a warm welcome from the hosts, who were very communicative and friendly; they guided us to the most beautiful beaches on the Sithonia peninsula. The breakfast is not very diverse, but we have to understand the Greek style, so that’s neutral for me, didn’t liked it, didn’t disliked it.

Negative: The rooms are not well soundproofed, and the noise made by the neighbors can be disturbing in the evening or in the morning

Positive: Kim and Vasilii were the best hosts. They made us feel very comfortable during our stay in Sithonia. The hotel has the beautiful wiews to the Mount Athos with amazing sunrise early morning. It was easy to get to the hotel by car and enough parking, few minutes walk to the town center. Lovely breakfast with every day freshly baked cake by Kim, home made yummy jam, fresh fruit... Would go back again!

Positive: Our stay was perfect, the room and the terrace are very spacious, everything is new, clean and comfortable, the area is quiet, a few minutes walk from the center. Kim and Vasilis are perfect hosts, they thought of every detail, kind and pleasant, always there for all the information. Private parking space, fast internet, good breakfast. We hope to come next year as well.
