Summary: Great place to hang out for a couple nights while golfing HMB. Very convenient to the course, restaurants in town and it's right there at the 16th tee box.Beds were great, comfortable living room and kitchen was fully stocked.Would stay again!

Summary: Location was amazing. Host was very easy to communicate with. I’m sure the host is aware, but the building is in disrepair with dry rot and needing paint. The adjacent building was being fixed.so perhaps this one is next. Furnishings and fixtures need to be updated. Place was clean.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding, and this home was the perfect place to rest, and relax after all the events. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, beautiful views, and comfortable living area furniture. The owners photographic collections were amazing. The owner was always available, check in was seamless, and we had no problems at all while staying here. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home and would love to come back.

Summary: We visited our daughter for a few days in HMB and we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful location. While we enjoyed our stay, there are a few things that one should know before booking: -this property has cathedral ceilings so it is quite echoey, so if you are planning to work remotely you might want to take into account that phone calls or zoom meetings will sound echoey -two of the three bedrooms are on the lower level and smell somewhat musty. They are very spacious but the smell is there. The upper bedroom does not have this issue. - there are a few minor issues that are easily remedied, such as broken shower curtain rings, no place to put toiletries in one of the showers, and no measuring cups/spoons. Despite these relatively minor issues we did have a nice stay and appreciate the hospitality.

Summary: This is the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet and very walkable spacious home to stay for short or longer term. be advised as other comments state, that it is multilevel, so may not suit those who are elderly or disabled. although could use some updates, it was comfortable and stocked with keurig, coffee maker, blender, etc. as well as some Spices, etc. Very easy and beautiful walk to coastal trail and ritz Carlton, although we did not eat there.
