Positive: The place is sort of nice vlose the river

Negative: The host was home alone and always there, making it feel like a bachelor house. Because of the shared bathroom you have to cross his personal space for every visit. Its a homestay but a little to homely for our liking. There is also a powe station nearby causing quiet a bit of noise in what otherwise would be a lovely quiet area. Although the host is a decent cook the meals were relatively expensive

Positive: Jimmy is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and tactful, and can tell a lot about the area. The rooms are simple: beds, a bedside table, hangers for clothes - everything you need to spend the night. WiFi - one of the highlights, it's really good comparing to other accomodations we've been in Georgia. The owner prepares a hearty home-cooked breakfast. Important: Google maps do not show the route correctly. The road to the house is unpaved, to get there you need to go towards the Place to the sign "Ipari" (in the opposite direction the sign is poorly visible), go down, cross the bridge and go to the right to the house. You can also use the Bikemap map, this road is indicated on them. There is an additional option: call the owner, he will save you)

Negative: Tough to get, unless you travel by bike.
