Summary: There were rules/fines we wished we would have known or understood more before check-in, and impacted our use of the amenities. It felt like we were borrowing half of someone's home while they lived there, and disappointing lack of view from rental rooms. But the owner was nice and sent the fun events for ideas to do while in the area.
