Summary: The staff here is incredible when it comes to service and helpfulness. I had two issues that they addressed One was my phone service in Italy and the other was my cigarette lighter adapter. Two things out of the hotel norm and they wouldn’t quit till both were resolved. Also, the restaurant is tops. The chef is excellent and the waiter very prompt and helpful when selecting meals.
