Positive: Basic, clean rooms. It made the job. Our room was at 4th floor and was quiet. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel

Negative: Friends of us were on the second floor and it’s very noisy with the bar downstairs

Positive: It is just 4 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes walk from the high street and marketplace. Perfect location

Negative: The air conditioner was not very efficient, it was better off. The room was freezing cold when we entered and it took a while to heat up. There was no tea option

Positive: Close to the station, great for attending Pukkelpop but sleep in a great bed.

Negative: The airconditioning was broken and made annoying noises, even when off. The owner did confirm they are going to fix it. There was a water bottle that seemed dirty but somehow you needed to fill it yourselves. That was a bit unexpected and weird.
