Positive: Bungalows are located in a beautiful garden with a stunning view on the swimming pool and the bay in the background. The staff is very helpful and kind. We loved that it was in a small quiet residential town, outside of the busy Cat ba city and near one nice restaurant. Very much enjoyed this homestay!

Negative: Not a complain but be aware that the bathroom is rustic and can smell humidity -as expected in the area I believe! There is also one house under construction next to the homestay; but most of places we went in Vietnam had construction around .

Positive: As all the other reviews say the staff is truly amazing! Always with a big smile they make everything possible, even super last minute. The garden is beautiful with plenty of spaces to relax. We would come back immediately!

Positive: Away from the town. Peaceful location. Good services. Pink local bus to and from Cat Ba. Scooter rentals for exploring. Pool table! Hanna and staff v helpful and genuinely lovely.

Positive: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our A/C in the first room wasn't working properly, so we got a different room. The breakfast was delicious and you can also rent a scooter there.

Negative: The room was quite hot even with the A/C.

Positive: Green Home Stay is perfect! It has an amazing garden! And everything is surrounded by greenery, (and full of butterflies). It is far from the city (where there is nothing to do) it is a place to relax and enjoy. Juan and Hannah speak amazing English, fun to talk to, get to know, and most importantly - they are always willing to help,.They have all the tourist services you need, scooters, cruise tickets, taxis, etc.... Highly highly recommend!!!

Positive: Quiet location, with views across the sea. Clean room, pretty grounds, great pool, large eating area with many choices on the menu. Everyone is really happy, friendly and very helpful. They organised our pick up from Tam Coc and our drop off at Cat Bi airport. We also did the day Lan Ha Bay tour and the sunset and plankton tour through them- both were great. Highly recommendable. Special thanks to Hoang and his wife, Hanna and all the staff. Great homestay.
