Positive: Nice, cozy and clean rooms. Perfect service. Great food in the restaurant. The location is about 15min by car from the center of Cat Ba, in a nice and quite environment. Highly recommend it!

Positive: Beautiful family run boutique hotel in the hills of Cat Ba, surrounded by lovely nature. Service was fantastic with staff able to help with any request similar to what you'd expect in a proper 5 star hotel chain. The pool was an absolute highlight, really relaxing and always lots of space without loads of people around due to the small nature of the hotel! Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard plus had all the amenities you could possibly need.
Negative: Payment on checkout had a 3% foreign currency fee for card transactions. Wasn't warned about this in advance & would have been nice if this was absorbed by the hotel given the upmarket nature of it.
