Positive: The room had a kitchenette--which we actually used. The room was steps from the water and, if we had young kids, there would have been LOTS to do...like miniature golf, water fun, biking. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered very quickly. The grounds were very well maintained. Our trip was bucket-list item New England tour and was conveniently located in the middle of the Cape Cod region, but I imagine that this resort would be perfect for annual family vacations.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind that we didn't like.

Positive: What a peaceful retreat. A wonderful family resort. Felt very safe on the manicured grounds. The staff was extremely accommodating. Everyone was eager to help. Everyday a text from the office with daily activities for children. My 2 and a half year old grandson still babbles about going to the beach and how much fun it was. The suite was dated, but clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were 4 adults and a toddler. We had the 2-bedroom, 2-bath, Admiralty Suite. It was perfect size for our family. Per our request we had daily housekeeping and it helped with keeping our suite clean. Highly recommend the Green Harbor Resort to any family looking for a vacation spot that has a private beach, pool, and some recreation to occupy children. We hope to come back again. To the staff - Thank you for amazing hospitality.

Negative: The suite is a little dated, but would not prevent for booking again.

Positive: Location: On the beach. Staff is super helpful.

Negative: Kitchen is old... utensils and pans are well-worn out. The dishwasher is close to dying while the microwave service request was put in. Yes, they serviced it ASAP but for the cost/night I do expect best of the stuff. Please get rid of your cheap non-stick pans (fully damaged) and get some decent stainless steel stuff. Also, I suggest to keep basic condiments in the kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar and oil.

Summary: Charming stay with family. Great fun in the pool and at the beach
