Positive: We loved the location as we needed to be close to the fairgrounds.

Negative: The TV was a bit tricky to work. Extra blankets would be a plus and the hot water didn't seem to last long.

Positive: The house was very clean and well stocked. We did have an issue with a non working clothes dryer and no iron in the house.

Negative: No clothes dryer and no iron.

Positive: The kitchen pots and pans were great. The toys for the kids was very helpful. Nice to be able to wash clothes!

Negative: Tree on front walk needs to be trimmed back. Garage door opener doesn't work. Couch is not good. (Too low and not comfortable) It would be helpful to have extra bags in the bottom of trash cans...

Positive: I liked that the house was spacious and had lots of stuff to do for the kiddos the whole trip and was very clean and loved the location!

Negative: Really wished there were curtains for the back door of the property and the porch light to the front door wasn’t working at all. But that is about it.

Summary: The stay was overall really good and I would definitely stay there again for sure!

Positive: Nice house in a quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to a park. Easy drive to town center plus a shopping center with a Safeway and Starbucks. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. BTW the lights have a dimmer that makes rooms brighter (another guest said the house was dark). Great for a family or for small groups who want to visit wine country.
