Positive: Huge house for a reasonable price. Perfect location to explore Yosemite. Very kind host, easy to contact (even though we never met in person).

Negative: We arrived after sunset and the place was a little bit difficult to find: the Green Cabin sign is dated and hard to notice.

Summary: After the initial difficulties of finding the property, we had an amazing stay there.

Positive: Great customer service - responsive and very helpful Nice views of the woods from the window , quiet location Spacious cabin

Negative: Wi-go is slow and intermittent It’s old and some of the lights were not working properly . Informed the host who said he will send a handyman to fix it. Twin beds in one of the rooms is not comfortable - bed frame seems to be lacking at the bottom so you can sit on the bed at the end.

Positive: Their location is great, about 1 hr to arrive the Yosemite, and you don't have to share the bathroom. It's clean and cozy. Room size is perfect, our 2 little kids always explored in this cabin, both indoors and outdoors. Love it!

Negative: When we entered the house, there were ants all over the kitchen counter top, cabinets and walls, even in the soap dispenser. It was literally quite nasty. When I mentioned this to host, they said to use ant spray that was already there in the cabinet which tells me it is an existing issue. Tried that, next morning same things. The ant situation made it hard to use the kitchen. When cabinets were open, ants were in the left over coffee creamer that was in the house and other things. This was obviously a cleaning issue. Besides that, the house is OK. More like a grandma house and could use some updating. The communication back from the host is great.
