Positive: I love the location of the building! By many stores, places to get snacks, CTA Red Line, and busses! Easy to travel around places if you have no car, or just want to walk 10 minutes to get some food or items for the house. Ac works wonderfully, wifi as well! Simple place to rest at for a good price. A lot of towels or provided, napkins, plates, pans, silverware too. Water worked very well. Definitely would book here again! My pals were impressed by the housing placement, even convinced them both to ponder of moving into Chicago! :)

Negative: I didn't mind many things! The upstairs people were loud at times. Ants! There are ants in the house. They aren't a big deal to me, but their bites are itchyyyy! My partner, friend, and I were getting bitten over time, even woke up to ants in my bed. I recommend that you bring your own pillows, though the beds are comfy, the pillows lack. :D

Positive: Location was good and near transit. Most of our stay was to go to White Sox game and WNBA game which we had convenient access to. The bus directly to Navy Pier being near was a plus.

Negative: It was a little confusing to find off the street but once we figured it out it was fine.

Positive: Nice and clean. Very relaxing Don't let the outside fool you because once you get inside, you will be pleased!

Negative: There were only towels, no wash cloths.If there were chairs out back to sit outside, it would have been perfect!

Positive: Close to “L”. Liked the shower head. Host worked through problems promptly. Nice television.

Negative: Driving up to it- unmoved lawn & trash about. Unsafe to be out after dark. Noisy tenants upstairs late into the night.
