Positive: Excellent location, short walk to mall, restaurants and MRT. The young man at the reception who assisted with our check in on 14th Feb afternoon is extremely friendly.

Negative: Bed is hard and not comfortable. 2 female staffs at the reception during check out are not friendly, stoned face with no smile at all. One of them said we need to pay for late check out but I told her it was already paid during our check in. Without even checking she repeated it was not paid. So I told her firmly again it was fully paid for, she then check the system and saw it was in fact already paid. Can't understand why she can't bother to check in the first place. Lazy perhaps??

Positive: Access to mall, easy to find foods and supermarket. The faciities like washing machine and dryer is very helpful especially with the kids.

Negative: Housekeeping only twice a week and they did in the afternoon at 2pm, not morning. And when we asked if they can came back a bit later at 3pm would be great because my baby was sleeping, she said can only at 2.30pm and cannot be negotiate because they will go back home. So we have to wake the baby up so they can do cleaning and go back home. Also they charged twice for the laundry, after that they ran to the room and gave back the credits.

Summary: Will stay again just because the location near mall, also they have a good big playground for children.

Positive: They’ve thought of everything. Standouts were the size of the apartment was excellent for 4 adults, the staff were helpful and friendly, the location was unbelievably convenience to a mall, cleanliness of the whole place was a cut above, superb facilities (swimming pool big enough for laps and leisure, gym, communal areas, basketball half court and pickle ball). Everything was practical and supremely tidy and orderly.
