Positive: Three of us stayed here, which offered plenty of space to rest after a long day of touring Singapore. Our unit had two beds, sofa, an outdoor kitchen and patio space, which we didn't use much due to the weather. Location wise, you're in a pretty quiet neighborhood. There is a bus stop nearby and the MRT is a 10 minute walk(up/down hill).

Negative: As for amenities, we were expecting more for a 10 day stay (only 2 rolls of toilet paper and little soap/shampoo), so we purchased our own at the grocery store nearby. The plumbing sounds were a bit strange, as you can hear water flushing and draining from the unit above. There was a mix up getting back the required cash deposit and Booking.com was not very helpful, so we were on our own. The host finally fixed it. This was our 1st experience using Booking.com for non-hotel lodging and it was a very different experience than Airbnb and Agoda. We will not be using Booking.com in the future.

Negative: Room a bit small for long stay. Lack of ironing facility (needed for long stay) & hair dryer (a must for all room).

Negative: facilities. we were only given 1 access key. aircon is spoiled no matter how many times they fixed it, the room floor is filled with water due to the leakage. wifi is sucks. bed condition can be improved, my sister had a backache. they should have a cleaning service as well.
