Large, comfortable 4 en-suite bedroom house with spectacular views over the Bay of Paraty (Rio de Janeiro State) for up to 6 people, the Colonial Town of Paraty and the Yacht Marina. Paraty is being considered for UNESCO World Heritage Site status. Sea views from 2 decks and balcony. Built-in barbecue on main deck, small garden with sea view. The house is situated in a condominium with 24 hour security and 2 under-roof parking spaces. Facilities on condominium include a swimming pool, tennis court, small gym and scuba diving club.
Quiet: silence rules apply. It is located 6km (3.75 miles) by road from Paraty's historic centre. Paraty has original Portuguese Colonial buildings and cobbled streets with restaurants, bars and shops. At night Paraty's streets come alive with music drifting from bars and restaurants onto the streets which are filled with artists displaying their art or performing talents.
Very good surfing in Trindade, reached after a drive through the rain forest reveals this beautiful beach and town.
Few activities delight more than a day on a boat which can be hired from the marina in Paraty, with either your own with skipper or you can pay for a place on a larger boat with other people.

Summary: The house is fantastic! The view is incredible, we could stay hours in front of the sea, beautiful in the morning just like in the evening. We were 6 adults and one child. With 4 rooms, it was really comfortable (each room has a double-bed). The house is very well decorated, very clean, and there is everything you need for cooking. There is also a little garden (2 rooms open on it). The pool of the condo is also very nice and just 50 meters away... I really recommend the house. If we come back in Paraty, I will book it again without any doubt!

Summary: This is a wonderful location to enjoy Paraty and all it's wonderful attractions. The house is overlooking a beautiful marina 3 kilometres from Paraty town. All the advantages of Paraty without the hustle and bustle. The house has three excellent bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower floor and a stunning bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. All have wonderful views. There is a well maintained garden. The sitting room/dining room is large and well furnished with a well equipped kitchen at one end. The views from this room are stunning as shown in the adjoining picture.There is a good quality marina restaurant for coffee breakfast or something more substantial with wi Fi. Boats can be rented here also. Paraty is a Unesco heritage site and is one of the most beautiful towns in Brazil. There are numerous good quality restaurants, cafes and bars and some beautiful artisan shops. You can hire a car easily and it is good to have one to tour all the beautiful rain forest and the waterfalls and other interesting sites. The most attractive part of this coast are the numerous Islands -365 surrounding Paraty and their beautiful beaches -on some you will be the only visitor. Boats can be hired from the quay in Paraty to visit a different island every day. If you are a yachtsman or boat owner this is a great holiday venue. I visited the Shambala spa which is one of the best spas I have been anywhere and had the best massage I have ever had. Owned by a Dutchman who has now opened a very good restaurant on the Cunha Road. Highly recommended and I will return again. You can fly either to Rio or São Paulo and take advantage of Paraty Tours who offer reasonably priced transfers from both airports or city centres to your Paraty destination. The owners of this house could not be more helpful. maid service is included once a week. I must not forget to mention the stunning 25 metre swimming pool and the beautiful gardens. My favourite place in Brazil.

Summary: Lovely clean and spacious house with a most fantastic view. Bedrooms well equipped and kitchen too. Paraty close by so easy to go out for dinner and to do food shopping. Some good restaurants in Paraty especially Banana da Terra. Would defiantly recommend this property.
