Positive: This was such a magical place to stay! I loved being up in the trees surrounded by birdsong, we were very close to a beautiful quiet beach where we could swim in the sea, and Peggy and David took such amazing care of us.

Positive: Peggy was an incledile host. The rooms are very cosy, with a great view and the breakfast are a wonderfull surprise. Everything is organised and thought to please and make you feel comfortable. It's fairly isolated from the city which is a good thing for those who also wish to rest and enjoy some quiet time. Recommended!

Positive: The property is beautifully designed and built, very unique and definitely one of its kind. It has a very speacial tree-house like feeling to it.

Negative: The location is a little decentral, and there is only one restaurant open at night, so everything is very quiet. If you are looking for more options, you need about 20 minutes to get to Paraty town by bus.

Summary: Fully recommend this property to anyone interested in special and eco-friendly places.

Positive: Our stay at Chalés Paris was one of the best we have ever had! The location was amazing, with a romantic view of the ocean, surrounded by nature (monkey and bird spotting from the porch), peace and quiet. Peggy was the most amazing and thoughtful host, she gave us great advice on what to do in the neighborhood and went out of her way to help us with our travels!! And the delicious French breakfast from the treehouse porch with ocean view was the best way to wake up! There are also many fun activities to do, such as kayaking and spotting sea turtles, hikes, great restaurants and visiting the beautiful Paraty. Highly highly recommend Chalés Paris, and many thanks to Peggy!!

Positive: We loved absolutely everything about this place! Peggy and David are really excellent hosts who welcomed us with open arms. We felt very much at home there. The breakfast was sooo good - we were super impressed with the freshly baked bread and the other homemade things. What a nice touch! The sea views from the chalet are breathtaking and the beach close by (Prainha de Praia Grande) is like a mini paradise. We will definitely be coming back!
