This lovely contemporary home with modern furnishings is the ultimate spot to enjoy Clear Lake. The perfect place for large families, re-unions, or groups of friends, Sunset Beach House welcomes you with a spacious great room for socializing. A Private BOAT DOCK WITH LOCKED GATE and huge covered sitting area, shared with Sunset Beach Cottage.
The property is located on a quiet road along the shore, with a private 100 foot beach and pier, and is nestled in the heart of Lake County wine country. Beautiful and private large corner lot with no neighbors on 3 sides. Lots of room to spread out in the backyard, horseshoe area, front yard with hammock and nice seating areas under large bay trees. GREAT fishing from #1 rated Bass Lake! New: We have a dedicated charger for electric cars, beautiful gas fireplace on stone wall, new media center with wall mount 50 in. smart HDTV, great sound bar.
Home is equipped with a Generac GENERATOR -don't worry about power outages your vacation!
There is a large oversized yard surrounded by lovely Oak and Bay Laurel trees, hammock, fire pit on the beach and in backyard for marshmallow roasting/smores, private hot tub, canoe, 1 person kayak and lighted horseshoe pits. Lots of activities for kids-tire swing, inner tubes, games, horse shoes, hot tub and more. There is a large outdoor grill too!
The backyard has been nicely landscaped with new lighting and a large seating/dining area with additional seating around a separate firepit area. Its beautiful at night with a fire and the lit garden and a beverage. Relax while the kids and adults roast marshmallows!
Nearby attractions include Robinson Rancheria Casino and Running Creek Casino, multiple wineries around the lake, great dining in Upper Lake at the Blue Wing Saloon and wine tasting at Shannon Ridge Winery. Keeling Park is a short distance away for launching your boat.
The property extends on both sides of Lakeshore Blvd. The house is on one side, and the lake on the other. The street is VERY quiet and marked 15Mph. We have a 200 foot pier and a sloping beach. There is plenty of room on the property for a boat trailer and multiple cars.
This 2300 sq. ft two story home features 3 bedrooms and a loft with three beds (sleeps 13), and 2 full bathrooms. All linens (blankets/pillows/sheets/towels) are upscale and included. Perfect great room and kitchen for entertaining. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a festive dinner! Relax with a bubble bath in the beautiful jetted tub in the master bath or on the balcony viewing the lake. All you have to bring is your food, clothes, family and friends!

Summary: The place was beautiful! Plenty of room for all guests. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs! Yard size was great for games. The dock available was great for those who fished. The beach area was awesome!! Would definitely reserve and stay again. Awesome!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 12, yet it still felt cozy and homey. One of the highlights was the private dock, perfect for relaxing and fishing, which was plentiful! The kids had a blast with the canoe and life vests that were provided for swimming , we all enjoyed evenings around the fire pit on the private beach. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus and made for some great, relaxing nights. This place truly had everything we needed for a fun and memorable getaway. We would absolutely return!

Summary: We had a great time at Clear Lake. The dock was a lot of fun and a great place to swim, paddle board, canoe, and kayak. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed barbecuing and cooking over the campfire. The hot tub was very relaxing, too.

Summary: We gathered as a family of 11 for Christmas get together. The house was festive and adorned with full size Christmas tree and hot chocolate platter. There was plenty of comfortable space for all. Kitchen was well appointed. Even though we had rainy weather we were able to enjoy the beach, hot tub and outdoor areas. Summary: This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one.

Summary: I have stayed in various properties on the Lake over the last few years. This was BY FAR the best one. Everything in the description is accurate or better. Impeccably clean, every you need, nice linens, plenty of towels, equipped kitchen, beautiful fenced back yard with fire pit. The dock was amazing and the mini-patio in the middle was a nice feature in the evenings. Host was very responsive when we wanted to extend our stay. I rate this property A+++! Close to grocery store, restaurants, Upper Lake cute town, close to several wineries. This would definitely be our target place to stay when we return. A cut above any other property!!!
