Positive: A friendly welcoming staff is always a plus, The moment you step foot on property you can tell they do above and beyond. Keep it up we appreciate you.

Negative: The blinds in our unit 115 some of them are broken/falling down. Its a simple fix with some tape but they need to check those. There was also a hairline crack on the Master Bedroom door, closest to the door knob. Lots of insects maybe install a blue lantern light for bugs on the exterior patio and deck port.

Summary: Excellent customer service, A must visit for extended staycation.

Negative: I'm usually alone, but decided to bring along the grandkids, unfortunately I kept getting noise complaints from the neighbors down stairs 😔 due to the running around.. of the children.

Positive: Impeccable cleanliness, kitchen fully stocked with kitchen and cookware. Staff very cordial and great follow up skills. Very clean and updated room . Enjoyed the lake view and first floor! Very impressed with the overall condition of property. Would stay again. Price package deal! Price wise.

Positive: Loved the property, the atmosphere, and the facilities. Nicest hotel for travelers in Lake County. Full kitchens, in room laundry, outdoor patios, and/or balconies (depending on which floor you're on). Nice, hot spa, and heated pool in cooler months. Beautiful property. Everything you need in the kitchen, minus oil, butter, and food. Also, very nice soap and toiletries.

Negative: The toilet paper is like sand paper. Checkin time at 4pm is ridicoulsy late, and checkout time at 10 am is a bit early, by any standards. The surrounding area is not the best. However, the property is very secure and nice itself. And there are many good places to venture to. When neighboring rooms are moving in or out, the slamming door noise is obnoxious. The fireplaces, although providing a lovely ambiance, let off zero heat. Mid-week stays are much more quiet than weekend stays.

Negative: The location was quite terrible, and the electrical appliances broke constantly. There were too few amenities
