Somerset Ski Lodge is located just two minutes from the Kirkleigh boat ramp and Lake Somerset Holiday Park. Skiing, Bare footing, wake-boarding, fishing, jet skiing and boating are by the far the most popular activities – but you may also like to visit a local winery, explore the nearby towns of Kilcoy and Esk – or simply relax with friends and family and take in the views.
After a day out on the water, or exploring the area – you can come home and relax in the 8 person spa on the deck overlooking the hills and dam, while listening to your favorite music on the outdoor Bluetooth entertainment system. Modern appliances and WiFi are there for your comfort and enjoyment. Take advantage of the huge fire pit on the front lawn – cook marshmallows and gaze at the stars, or just watch the kids exhaust themselves with heaps of space to run around, ride there push bikes or watch the cows pass by in the afternoon in the rear paddock.

Summary: The house was very clean, tidy and well thought out. It sits back from the property and is in a quiet, private setting. A wonderfull gift basket was set out for our arrival with treats for all. Paul, our host was lovely and helpful, even checking on us after a storm came in one afternoon. Highly recommend staying and look forward to a return visit.
