Summary: Loved the house. Spacious, airy, seating for 8 at the kitchen table, lots of seating in the game room so our group of 8 friends could hang out together easily. Short drive to a downtown Food Tour, Churchill Downs, a horse farm tour, and a 1 block walk to Graeters ice cream ! Ray is a helpful & friendly host. Highly recommend!

Summary: This VRBO was as advertised if not better. Large rooms and a great kitchen and patio area for gathering! Close proximity to many great retailers and restaurants!

Summary: Our group had a great time at this property! Plenty of space to spread out, loved the basement hang out space, owners were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating and responsive. House was well organized and clean. We already have it booked again for another upcoming trip and can’t wait to go back!

Summary: The location was very good and the unit was clean. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, but no tub (which would have made bathing the babies and young children in our group easier). The basement room is still a bit of "a work in progress" but we still utilized it a lot - great play space for the kids. The owner was quickly and fully responsive related to a couple of minor problems. Overall = recommended.
