Positive: Beautiful cottage, very comfortable and homely. Beds super comfy with lovely bed linen. Very clean. Hosts very helpful if needed.

Positive: Very comfortable and excellently kept and presented cottage. Very welcoming hosts who were always helpful. Excellent location for the Yorkshire Dales and the Lancashire coast with the Lakes also being accessible.

Negative: The slight negative was that the wifi was a little on the slow side but fine to use. Everything else was outstanding.

Positive: Fabulous, utterly magical stay. Lovely quiet location with pretty views front & back. The cottage was decorated for Christmas which was lovely. There was also a very thoughtful hamper of treats & milk, bread to welcome us upon arrival which was wonderful & much appreciated. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, calm & spotlessly clean. Having the parking off road behind the cottage is ideal & with the farm shop/ restaurant a 2 minute walk away there is little need to drive anywhere unless you want to. Exceptionally comfortable bed with ensuite in both bedrooms. Our 11 days flew by and we were so relaxed & content in this awesome little cottage it was hard to leave. The hosts could not have been nicer & Fiona was a delight to meet. This has undoubtedly been our favourite stay to date & we plan on returning later in the year. Highly recommended.

Negative: Absolutely nothing! Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Positive: it was the perfect example of a cosy cottage, well finished with a great mix of modern and traditional styling and everything was of high quality. A very pleasant weekend break.

Negative: we arrived in the dark and the arrival instructions could have been better.
