Set amongst beautiful countryside on a working farm which is on the borders of the Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria and Lancashire. This lovely barn conversion, which is attached to the owner’s home, is in an elevated position and as such enjoys outstanding far reaching views over the fells towards Ingleborough, and on a clear day you can also see the Lake District hills, making for some amazing sunsets. Thoughtfully furnished throughout, it makes for a cosy year round holiday home from which to walk or tour the surrounding area. Ingleton is approximately 3 miles away and offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Shops 1 mile, pubs 3 miles.

Summary: It’s an amazing little cottage in a really great quiet location. It’s close enough to a lot of larger cities/towns if that’s your kind of thing. The local village has everything you need food wise, the people are very friendly. The owners are lovely. There’s so many attractions close by; we did the ingleton waterfall trail which is beautiful, my husband walked to and climbed Ingleborough. We took a short trip to the Blackpool illuminations, and lake Windermere. I highly recommend Gallaber. We will definitely be back. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
