Positive: The space is just enough for the 3 of us. Extra bed is available for the price of 300 pesos . I requested for an early booking and there was a charge of 500 but that’s fine. The WiFi buffered stop during the last 4 days . we stayed for 11 days. There was no washing machine but there was laundry store outside. The bathroom bidet is not working.i think something wrong with the hot and cold shower, when you switch it on even in a low hot mode it will give you very hot water and it feels burning. So we never use the hot water . I prepare hot water in a kettle and pour it in a small water bucket mix with cold water and we survived. Cockroach are everywhere even in the bathroom but we Filipinos are used to it that is why it did not bother us lol. Aircondition is perfect. The place is very accessible to sm supermarket movie theaters through their bridge, no need for taxi. Menus gastos. A lot of street food nearby, with convinient store as well. Easy transpo. Yes I will still comeback as the price is cheaper that the rest.

Negative: No bidet and internet was not working at the later days of our stay, plus the super hot water come out of shower even you turn it in low mode hot water.

Summary: Will still comeback because it cheaper than the rest.

Positive: Staff (ate Tin) is really friendly. She asked everything that we needed before she left. Can cook and has stable internet. Everything is working. Bed is comfy. Aircon's really cold. We had a great stay in this unit. Looking forward to visit again.

Positive: The place was very clean and comfortable. There's fast wifi, and also a TV. It was spacious for 2 people. Location is superb. It's near SM North Edsa, and the place has a connecting bridge which directly leads to the mall. The host is very nice. Everything was smooth. There were no difficulties in transacting.

Negative: The only problem was the parking. Grass Residences' parking area is very expensive. For one night alone, I had to pay Php 400 (I stayed until noon because I had to rest after a long 8-hr drive). It's Php 60 per 2 hours, and Php 20 for every additional hour. It used to be Php 10 per additional hour. I heard the host offers their parking lot for Php 300 per day, but I still don't think it's worth it since we won't be able to maximize it.

Summary: It was great. Especially for students and interns. But still good for a family of 4. 10/10.

Positive: I always like the location of the place. Easy access to everywhere.

Negative: I just dont like in the pathway towards our room, there's a mothballs and the the smell is really strong. The room is also need some renovation maybe or cleaning, because there were small cockcroaches everywhere. And our remaining 4 days stays, the wifi is not functioning (no internet connection) 😑.
