Positive: The cutlery set is incomplete; we are a family of four, but there is only one large spoon and several forks. Additionally, there are no coffee mugs, and the towels are neither new nor presentable. We also noticed a cockroach infestation. On a positive note, we feel safe within the community during our 2 nights and 3 days staycation. Its direct connection to SM North and convenient access are definite advantages. We recommend installing or repairing outdoor gym equipment to encourage residents to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Positive: They made the needed materials and facilities available and tried to have it complete. Property looks great except for one thing. A lot of small cockroaches roaming around in and out of the bedroom. Climbing the dining table and kitchen sink.

Negative: Too many cockroaches roaming around in and outside climbing the curtains and TV, bed and even the dining table. So, you could not turn off the light because you cannot see if they will come near you. It needs disinfected and use of pesticides. Towel available is like a winter fur and not absorbent like a normal towel.

Summary: I wanted to rate it for excellency, but the cockroaches destroy the image.
