Summary: In the centre of Chinatown is a great location for getting around San Francisco. The hotel is excellent price for what you get. However the bed is abit too firm for my liking. But I enjoyed staying here as I was out exploring most of the time.

Summary: You get what you pay for. Great staff with 24/7 concierge, but we came in with a stain on our bed sheets. Staff was willing to have it changed but ended up changing it with another sheet that had stains in other areas. No AC or way for air to circulate in our room as we had only one window located in an alley. Chinatown nights can definitely be loud. Parking is remote but very secured if you plan on leaving things in your car.

Summary: The workers were very nice, however the street traffic noise at night was beyond believable! Felt like we were sleeping next to a racetrack or runaway. Shower had dirty shower curtain with mold on it.
