Summary: Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house.

Summary: The house was just as described. Very clean inside and out and the backyard was beautifully blooming in the spring time. My bother's teenagers enjoyed the room with the bunkbeds and everyone enjoyed the quiet house and neighborhood. Great neighborhood to go for a walk or just hang out on the patio in the back yard. Will rent again if back in the area!

Summary: Spent 4 days in Granite Bay celebrating my brother’s life. Lots of family and friends were in town and everyone loved the house that we had found on VRBO. Perfect location close to the Folsom Lake county park, grocery stores and where the memorial services were. Great backyard for bird watching and hanging out. Eli kept in contact with us the whole time. Easy check in and check out. Four cars fit in the driveway without a problem.

Summary: Reserved this property as part of plans for an important birthday party. Family from out of town stayed with us, and multiple other family members from infants, young children, to older adults joined us. The house is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Weather was cold and rainy, but we used the outdoor grill twice. The ping pong table and foosball table meant the children were happy. It was a perfect large space for a "family reunion" kind of event. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms great. The primary suite is massive. Communication with the host was almost instantaneous. He was helpful and responsive to everything. We didn't have an extra kitchen towel, and a few hours later, a bag from Target arrived with 10 more! Would highly recommend for a larger family or family gathering. The only single downside is that the hard surfaces and high ceilings make sounds from every part of the house reverberate. I was extremely pleased with this choice of home overall.

Summary: The house is a spacious home. Three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and the fourth has queen-sized bunk beds. Oddly, the main bedroom does not have a king-size bed. Between the kitchen table, dining room table, and the bar stools at the kitchen counter, there is plenty of seating to eat. The kitchen has what you need to make meals, and the refrigerator is large. Our family enjoyed gathering at the home. It was fun to play ping pong and foosball. The only downside was when we gathered as a family, we did not have enough parking, and you could not park on the street. We found a place to park around the corner. This is a home we will rent again.
