Positive: Location. Decent hot water and heating

Negative: Beds/sofas need an update - top bunk not safe for young kids and the ladder too worn out for adults. The sofa beds in the living room are actually two small single beds with no cushions to turn them in to sofas. Kitchen is tired.

Summary: Great location, decent size, definitely could do with a refurb.

Positive: One-Bedroom Apartment. Two gests. warm, convenient location. Some thing in the kitchen and shower were broken, but it didn't affect our stay there. The staff is helpful. In the kitchen were enough dishes and utensils. (there was no dish soap and dish sponge. you should bring it with you or buy at supermarket for a few euros) In general the place is good. Recommended.

Negative: Strong smell of home fragrance in the apartment. Took it a week to disappear. Why not to let the gests breath clear mountain air?

Positive: The location is great, the place is very nice and quite. There are nice small restaurants and a small shop. The manager was really nice and responded quickly when asked questions.

Negative: The place needs a refurbishment as the furniture is outdated and broken. The radiators were leaking and the thermostat in the room was not working. On arrival there was 34⁰C in the room. We had to close the main valves to be able to make the room comfortable. There is no cleaning service and no mop to clean the floor, one toilet paper for 4 people for a week it's ridiculous.

Positive: very quiet area, and the restaurants downstairs are very good. Check in was very easy and straightforward. There is a big parking lot just behind the hotel. Nevertheless, good value for money spent

Negative: to get to sestriere, you either drive with your car, or take a navetta, no way to walk up there. kitchen utensils were lacking, there were only a few things, barely enough to cook with. There is also no reception at all time.
