Summary: I had this small House rented for my cousins, but I visited them many times. The house is cosy, with most of your daily needs, Some options are available for an additional fee like (Washing machine, extra sleeping place). The host is friendly and speaks English among other languages. A bus station is around 300 m away, which allows easy access to Darmstadt. I think the place will be much better for spring and summer times (This is written in January). The only downside is: it is not equipped for children, so using it for families with kids is not possible at the moment.
