Summary: Clean. Comfortable and can handle 13 in beds. I would stay here again for sure. Just some small issues such as the glass door being tricky to lock and hard to find in the dark.

Summary: Beautiful spacious home. Laid out very smart for couples. Great kitchen, dining area and living room. An absolutely beautiful view of the lake. Easy check in and check out. Would have liked a few more incidentals. We only had 2 dishwasher pods. The kitchen was bare…no salt/pepper, oil, or seasonings. The lighting was very poor inside. Bulbs needed replaced and just not bright enough. But an overall great place

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Grande Dame. It was a nice location, close to the wineries, and safe place to walk your dogs. We did have problems locking the one door to the deck, but otherwise had no issues with property.

Summary: Overall, the property was terrific, well outfitted, and we had a great time. Two hiccups definitely impact my rating, however. First, there is a large outdoor table with chairs pictured on the listing on the deck, which our large group anticipated using for dinners during our stay. However, it was missing when we arrived. When I reached out to the property manager, they did send someone to locate and put it out for our second day, but we missed an evening dining outdoors. Secondly, when we arrived it was evident that some sort of work must have been done indoors that generated a significant amount of dust. While the kitchen counters had clearly been wiped down, the leather furniture, and all other surfaces like coffee table, end tables, etc were covered in a significant layer of white dust that we had to wipe up before settling in.

Summary: We had an amazing stay here, the house accommodated our group of 12 adults with no issues! The house has amazing lake views and is beautiful inside and out! Kitchen was well equipped even for our large group. We already want to come back!

Summary: We were surprised to find that we weren’t right on the lake that it was across the street. The area that the home within was very nice they park right up the street for the kids to play at. Check in was easy and done electronically Upon arrival, I had to take care of a huge fly infestation, which was really kind of disgusting. Kitchen was nice and well equipped Living room was small for the amount of people with the house can accommodate. When one of the guests sat on their bed, the bed fell to the ground. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Summary: This was a great set up for six adults and two three year-old grandsons. We appreciated being able to cordon them off in separate areas of the house. We spent a lot of time on the deck and yard with the kids and their toys, and also at the lake edge in water shoes (a must-have), collecting (and throwing) rocks. Easy walk/scooter to the park and playground. We ate almost all of our meals at home after a couple of forays to Wegman's in Geneva and multiple farm stand visits (bring cash). Kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans and dishes (including lots of coffee cups!). We brought pantry items. Would recommend stocking up on cleaning supplies (e.g., Clorox wipes, liquid soap, dishtowels, paper goods). Definitely recommend bringing some kind of sun shade (we brought a tent based on the listing photos which show it's very sunny). This was our first visit to Finger Lakes. We were so impressed with the area, including water sports and biking options and the remarkable friendliness of the neighbors.
