Summary: We loved this huge house. We were a large group and this property allowed us to have both common areas to hang out together as well as private spaces. Three floors with plenty of beds and bathrooms to allow a big group the space needed to not feel like we're on top of each other. The views from the main floor and deck are second to none!

Summary: Beautiful property but it was too hot and uncomfortable without air conditioning even at night there were wasnt any breeze to cool the house. Also, the refrigerator wasn't cold enough. Better to let the renters know ahead of time to bring a cooler and ice. Also, needed instructions for the microwave. We figured it out but would have been easier to have instructions.

Summary: Overall had a great time and I want to preface that I’ve been in the property rental business for 35+ years and understand things come up unexpectedly however there were a few things that didn’t work such as both kitchen sinks didn’t drain well and garbage disposal didn’t clear up so they drained slowly. Master shower main floor wasn’t working and received notice two days before arrival. It would normally not have been a big issue but I just had knee surgery so stairs were difficult. Couldn’t get fireplace to work in that room. Theater not working which I knew about but hoped it was working by the time we arrived. Other than those things loved everything else about the house… views, location, privacy, close proximity to town. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: My family and I were very happy with our stay at Ironwood Estates. It is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac and most of the other houses weren't occupied. Compared to some of the vacation properties we've stayed at during the winter in Big Bear, this one was immaculate. It has beautiful sweeping views and is overlooking the alpine slide and tubing park. While it is close to the village, it is quite a hike up and down the steep hill. I would suggest renting some electric bikes. The hot tub was in a great location and super relaxing. My only suggestion would be to stock the house with some basic condiments in the kitchen and some extra towels. When traveling to a vacation home, it is nice to have cooking spray, oil, some basic spices, coffee, filters, etc. available and not have to buy everything at the store after a long trip. Otherwise, no complaints!

Summary: We have stayed at this home before and came back to enjoy all that it has to offer: location, location, location + views and amenities. We we a group of 15 and this home handles that easily. We will be back but we also hope that some maintenance will be done before our next visit. Outdoor seating is a bit limited due to some missing chairs. If you plan to cook meals at the cabin bring your own spices. Even though there were some shortfalls we still rate this a ‘5’ as the pluses far outweigh any negatives.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. Very easy check-in, super clean, hot tub was crystal clear and very large. Plenty of space for a large group. The location can't be beat- a short walk to the Village. Would highly recommend!
