Summary: Our stay was overall good. The hotel was purchased by Holiday Inn but we were not informed of the change so it was a little confusing. It must have been a recent move since the hotel seems to be under some renovations. Regardless, the stay was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The area was safe and convenient for our stay. With some upgrades, the hotel would receive an additional star.

Summary: This was a formerly Holiday Inn, but is now being operated under new management. The Holiday Inn sign and colors are still outside, as well as within the rooms, which is a bit misleading. The hotel is a bit rundown, with boxes/storage piled in the pool room, no AC in the lobby (but AC in rooms works) - it was 84° in the lobby. Toilet seats are old and look dirty. Pool was closed, don’t bring your children and expect to use it. The continental breakfast is free each morning, but don’t expect a hot meal - Hostess pastries are served along with fruit, yogurt, cold cereal. Shuttle to airport runs every hour and is convenient. Overall a good stay if you are just looking for a basic place to stay.

Summary: key card stopped working multiple times, hot water had problems, sheets had stains all over them air conditioner kept going out and there was no AC on the first floor of the building.

Summary: It was fine for a night... i reserved a room with a king bed and got put in one with 2 queens. Not a huge deal. The elevator was painfully slow, and the noises it made had me thinking about how im too young to die every time i got on it. There was only one bar of soap in the bathroom. Not enough towels. Oh, and the area on my floor clearly marked "ice machine" didnt have an ice machine. I had to go all the way back down to the ground floor for ice.

Summary: First part of our trip wasn't good, after flying from Sacramento, CA to Chicago, IL for my college graduation we went to check into Extended Stay and waited for 35 minutes to see if they had a room for me or not. The next hotel that we we're able to check into right away. We wasted $54 on an uber to a place that weren't even sure if they had a room for us or not.

Summary: Hotel has new management and has changed its name but has let the hotel go to pot. Do not recommend this hotel anymore.

Summary: The room was comfortable it had ac and heat. The pool was closed there was no notice ahead of time about that. My room key stopped working. Their breakfast that they were charging for is a complete waste it was not ready and it was coffee, cold cereal. When we checked the front desk had an attitude. There was no ice machine on any floor. The elevator was small.
