Summary: First morning went for breakfast, restaurant closed, no Breakfast.. every itherc day breakfast order was placed and every day the order was wrong . Last night I translated the order into Bahasa Indonesia . Simple orderSarapan besok pukul 08.30 pagi: dua telur orak-arik, satu cangkir teh dengan sedikit susu di dalamnya, satu gelas susu dingin, dan satu potong roti panggang dengan mentega. Got tea no milk, got orange water no milk, each day there was a different issue, bread not toasted, chocolate bread, hot milk cold eggs..... Brought.it to attention of management got apologies but nothing changed.. .

Summary: Nice place to stay. Location is not so much the problem as is the city itself. But this hotel makes up for it. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. Quiet and comfortable, perfect for getting through a night. Would stay here again.

Summary: The room is wide, clean, and facilities are complete and in very good conditions. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The hotel also provide free shuttle to the airport! It's a very delightful surprise.

Summary: The hotel, the staff, room service, breakfast, and apart from a dirty extract grille, the room, were excellent, but the internet in the room was useless, I had to lean against the door to use it, totally unacceptable for a modern hotel!

Summary: No restaurants and shops nearby. Only one restaurant across the street but was closed. Food in hotel is average in taste. Good customer service
