Positive: This property was perfectly clean and comfortable. We also love the location. I enjoyed a morning walk through the neighborhood and to Caribou Coffee. So many flowers, rabbits… beautiful location!

Negative: My only concern was the children’s bedroom has a big cutout in the wall that overhangs a second story drop. It would be dangerous for small children.

Summary: Would love to stay again!

Negative: Maybe a pizza cutter and pan/cookie sheet. And a couple more kitchen towels and paper towels. Otherwise was awesome!

Positive: The location was perfect, house was very elegant and cozy. Bedrooms where nice size and very comfortable beds. Very family friendly home. The host was amazing to make sure we had everything we needed. Bonus was the fresh muffins left for us to enjoy

Positive: The facility was very clean and accommodating. Plenty of room and rooms; spacious. Large table so able to play games and visit comfortably. Muffins were delicious!

Negative: An iron would have been good. Narrow driveway but can’t be changed so workable.

Summary: Wonderful! Great place for a family gathering. Thank you for sharing.

Positive: Wonderful size for a family reunion and very well located. Very attractively appointed. We appreciated being able to check in a little early. We all really liked it.

Negative: This is a punch list: 1. Front step railings are very wobbly. This is serious. 2 The basement and second floor toilets need a plumber. Check main floor, not flushing well. 3. Cutout to kid’s sleeping area needs shutters or something to muffle the living-room noise. 4. Need extra blankets besides what’s on the beds. 5. No Baking sheets for roasting anything. 6. There’s no water to ice maker or water dispenser.

Summary: The whole family had a wonderful experience together. Everyone commented on what a great house it was.

Positive: Thank you so much for letting us stay one night. Some force you to do two. It was so much more convenient to stay with our family of 6 in a house instead of two hotel rooms. House is clean and as shown in pictures. Nice back patio area. Thanks for the muffins my boys loved them.

Negative: Maybe a few fluffier pillows but that’s really it.
