Summary: Overall great apartment. A few minor issues: showers curtain in upstairs bathroom moldy. Replace shower curtain. There should be a lamp of sorts on the living room. The overhead lights are too intense for late in the evening. Baseboards need to be dusted. They were so dusty and covered in dust, looked like hadn't been cleaned in a year or more. Washing machine pods were a nice bonus! Usually you have to provide yourself. Beach towels were also a bonus! I saw other guests using regular white apartment towels. Maybe put a few kid friendly ideas on the what to do book. Not everyone comes for bachelor parties :). Loved the guest book. We got a few good recommendations out of it!! Overall great experience!

Summary: The place itself was really awesome — close to broadway, very clean, and great for a group to stay in for a short while. The host was incredibly responsive whenever I messaged. My only problem was that the direct surroundings of the place was kind of sketchy. My group had multiple homeless people threaten us outside the property as we walked to broadway. We were a large group of guys so I never felt too unsafe, but definitely something to note. Overall though, great place and stay!

Summary: I could not find anywhere on the website to send a private email to the Owner so I will note it here. BEAUTIFUL Condo and worked perfectly for our family. There is a very bad sewer smell in the downstairs bathroom that is constant and will not go away after running water in the sinks and bathtub. When you flush the toilets (both upstairs and downstairs) the water gurgles in the bathtubs. Just wanted to let you know so you can get it repaired.

Summary: Absolutely loved this rental, it had everything we needed, the building had friendly concierge. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was a huge plus for having our morning coffee. There was so much room and the homey decor made it very hard to leave the rental space, we just wanted to lounge around all day! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Summary: Went to visit Nashville with friends. Beautiful apartment, comfortable bedding. Excellent outside area on our own porch. It is a block away from several homeless shelters with members outside for most of the day/ night. They were not an issue for us, but might be for others. Nice gym downstairs with basic weights. Easy 10 min walk to the Gulch shops and restaurants. The latch app to get into any space is easy to use, but proved confusing for a few people in our group.
