Summary: The house is very unique. It is located in a fantastic area with lots of shops and eateries around within walking distance!!! Casinos and beach are only 1-2 blocks away as well. Home is very old but well maintained. The only issues I found were dead bugs all over the house floors. This was off putting for me!!! Although the home itself was very clean other then that. Maybe send someone to clean right before tenants arrive.

Summary: Great older home in a nice neighborhood. Every was clean and beds were comfortable. Only thing is some parts could be in better repair,such as broken moldings that are a trip hazard around fireplaces. Only enough laundry detergent for one load. And the bathroom did not have a walk in tub as pictured. Also the wifi router had been replaced and the password I was given at check in was not accurate, the wifi did not cover the whole houae
