Summary: The accommodations were far above what I expected. The courtesy from the staff and concierge team were also far above. We needed assistance obtaining a last-minute wheelchair, and the hotel provided us with one to use. The concierge team also provided further assistance with helping my family locate and purchase our own wheelchair for further traveling on the holiday (Emperor's Birthday). The level of care and kindness shown to us made our trip even better and far less stressful. The hotel was beautiful with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The western breakfast on the top floor was wonderful, with plenty of options for our vegan family members. I enjoyed the cocktail hour and the appetizers. A nice way to end my day before heading up to my room. Loved all the amenities at this hotel. Thank you for making our trip memorable and for all your assistance in helping us. We will definitely be returning and staying at your hotel in the coming year!
