Summary: Eric’s place was a wonderful experience. The house itself had privacy but was still close enough to nearby stores/restaurants. Inside was fully stocked, clean, and had plenty of space for our group of 15 to stay comfortably. The game room was a big hit and provided a lot of entertainment. Check in was very easy and Eric provides all the information you need for a great stay. Definitely recommend this property!

Summary: We traveled from New Jersey and South Carolina. Our stay was fantastic. House was a perfect location and size. Eric our host was absolutely fabulous. Everything I needed he responded to and then some. What a treat when we found the house decorated for Christmas. We will certainly return to this place.

Summary: Overall, the space is clean and large to accommodate a big family. The beds were comfortable and Eric was responsive to our questions. Something to be mindful when booking this place, there is a no fire-pit rule for now. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not already made so we had to make the bed ourselves. Clean bed sheets were there to use and towels. There were no shampoos or body soap to use. We did not know this so we had to go buy. There is a dollar store really close that had everything. Also, we needed to bring our own toilet papers and paper goods. Otherwise, lots of entertainment, games, large tvs. The children really enjoyed the house as they could run around and play. The large dining table was great for a big family to all sit together. The fireplace was so nice. Recommend this place!
