Summary: Check in was easy. Property was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable! Loved watching the sunsets from the deck. Also loved watching the deer that would graze in the field in front of the house! Would stay there again .

Summary: Appreciated the added amenities (snacks, water, extra razors, etc). The view was incredible. Very quiet, conveniently located close to Grand Mesa and Cedaredge, clean and comfortable. Hope to be back soon!

Summary: This was not just a great location with a spectacular view. Also clean as a whistle, comfy bed, beautiful construction aspects, and so many extra touches by the host. We will absolutely return in the future. This was actually the best rental we have ever stayed in.

Summary: Walk out on the front deck and you can see all of the valley below and the Milky Way above. Extremely quiet. Very nice place with great internet and 100s of DVD movies available. Easy parking and easy rules (put sheets and towels in laundry basket and take out trash). Will recommend to others and will return.

Summary: Incredible views and an extremely comfortable house. At the base of Grand Mesa a few miles northwest of Cedaredge, this home is immaculate, well designed and well stocked. Melinda and Alan put a great deal of care into creating a welcoming place to stay. We spent most of our time during the day on the deck enjoying the views and our evenings enjoying the selection of movies. Huge shower, full size washer and dryer, very comfortable bed, upgraded linens. Private and spacious, simply one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. We are looking forward to returning next trip!
