Summary: Terrible overall. Nasty Rooms. Super noisy. Even though we were there for a surgery, they put us right infront of the restaurant that plays loud music until 1am. Start barely knows English. Good luck calling multiple times to get things done

Summary: Staff barely speak any English. When we tried to call for room service, we were told to call the receptionist. And even when we put the order in it came in wrong. So i dont think even the receptionist got the order right. We used the pool and the spa facility once and there were sign of black mold everywhere! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel
