Summary: Absolutely top notch level of hospitality. We have been travelling with a child with special needs who has certain restrictions on the menu and environment, and management took care of every little bit, gently and delicately. 3rd bed in the room was arranged without me asking (thank you!), all the team was attentive and responsive about food preferences, you guys are just AWESOME. I needed to make a decision that evening, not the next day. Gym/sauna towel policy - When I requested an extra towel at the gym and sauna, the attendant refused, saying only one towel per person is allowed. For a five-star property, this feels unnecessarily restrictive.
