Positive: The kahvalti (breakfast ) was good served well by staff, Special thanks to a young woman by the name of Evin who worked very hard to help clients. The window view from our room is what we paid for, the outside patio are overlooking the water is nice. The location is good.
Negative: The plates and especially the cups need to be put in a proper dishwasher and cleaned. I ordered coffee to be brought to the room, and when it arrived the cup had someone else's lip stick still on it! The crockery used for food is a little off colour and needs proper washing and sanitising. The deluxe executive room had only one bedside lamp, no over head lights were you needed them. Nothing plugged in, not even room fridge. The telephone did not even work. The bathrooms need a professional cleaning, We found very little toilet paper in the room! but phone did not work so we could not order any more! A/Con did not work first night till around 3.00 am. Not what the advertisement showed by any means and not the cheapest one around.
Summary: overall, it was just a bed, nothing special about the hotel, needs cleaning 2-3 stars only

Positive: The breakfast was great. Oh and the washroom was great, was recently upgraded by the look of it.
Negative: The room was small in relation to the upgraded washroom that is almost as big as the room. The furniture and furnishings looked tired
