Summary: We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best.

Summary: The food option is a great value for money. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. My stay was just too short but will definitely recommend

Summary: The Grand Hyatt was very clean, and our room was well appointed. Staff were responsive to our requests. Excellent selection at the breakfast buffet and the evening Happy Hour.

Summary: I upgraded to 1 BR suite and was disappointed that the AC wouldn’t work at all. Staff move us to another suite and was better. Frustraded that we had too pack twice in one day however staff was good about things. Would stay again…
