Positive: Room is very clean and well equipped. Staff has been very nice and helpful.

Negative: There is a metro station right beside the hotel which is very convenient. Unfortunately apart from that there seems nothing much around in general.

Positive: A beautiful hotel, perfect location, totally dissatisfied stay and mood ruined by the staff.

Negative: When entering my room there were somebody else’s suitcase, clothes and other belongings, plus the TV was on. I don’t want to be harshly judgemental, I am sure that it could be a pleasant stay yet mine was ruined, it made me think that it is not safe at all. (I don’t know what really happened, but I got keys to an occupied room.) I was too afraid if somebody else can also enter my room at night or at any time. So I asked to refund my money and left immediately.

Summary: There were somebody else’s belongings in my room…
