Summary: The hotel was beautiful. The room was nice but rather small. I felt that the rooms would of been a bit more roomier and have a microwave. The microwave was on the Lobby floor, I believe. It is surrounded by many places to walk to like, restaurants,etc. We took lyfts and everything was like 10-12 minutes away. So that was great!

Summary: I stayed for three nights with my two kids and I have to say it was absolutely amazing! The room was so clean and perfect for the three of us, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt 100% It is conveniently located within walking distance of a lot of attractions as well and access to the metro is right there. The food was also great. We can’t wait to go back.

Summary: The hotel was amazing—clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was truly top tier. Hotels.com did mention the destination fees, but be aware that they include a $15 daily credit that’s tricky to use. Most items at Cure Bar and Bistro exceed that amount, so unless you’re grabbing an appetizer or something small, it doesn’t go far. That said, being able to charge to the room and just pay the balance at checkout was super convenient—and the sushi there was actually incredible! Also note: there’s a $50 per night hold for incidentals that wasn’t clearly stated on Hotels.com. It’s something to budget for. A couple more positives: the 24-hour gym was a great bonus, and even without a pool, the hotel still offered a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
