Positive: We have been here a couple of times. The hotel is neat and very clean. Love the room, powder room, bath room. Lovely staff, breakfast and dinner.

Negative: Although the entrance is grand and neat, it doesn't has a warm vibe. The reception is pushed to the end and there is a very big open space in the middle. It could be cosier and better when the reception would be in the middle. The matrasses at the 11th floor (room 1111) had sunk. At the 18th floor the beds were perfect. The swimming pool is too cold. Heated water in the pool would be perfect.
